Order & Shipping Steps:

Order Online: Currently only serving Canadian customer (work in progress for order ship to South of the border.)

Customer can visit www.glorialinkcandles.com, and use shopping cart to shop online. Check out proceeding will be directed to secured PayPal payment portal. PayPal accept major credit cards e.g. VISA / MasterCard /American Express etc.

Shipping is charged per bundle of products. Shipping cost will increase when several bundles ordered. In general, the larger bundle can lower shipping cost in compare to small bundle. Shipping costs are varied by regions. 

All orders are shipped by Canada Post regular parcel. Order will ship out next day in Toronto and it will take approximately 2-3 business to deliver.

Refund policy only apply to pending ship out item. To inquire shipping status please wait for 5 business day and forward the "Receipt ID" from the PayPal payment receipt to us through email to sales@glorialinkcanldes.com.

**All Forever Living Products are handled by Forever Living Online Shopping portal. All orders are shipped out same day directly from Forever Living Distribution Center at Toronto.
